license error and I have verified that the GAC does contain the files.

Hi Stephen,

For some reason when Infragistics created the 2006 Volume 3 installer 
something got messed up. You'll find that if you reinstall 2006 vol 3 using 
the user account that is actually compiling the solution, the problem should 
go away.

My usual process is to install as the Sysadmin for "All Users" and then the 
user will develop and compile their app. I have used this method when 
deploying 2004v3, 2005v2, 2005v3, and 2006v2. But when we started using 
2006v3, we started getting the same errors you received below. Eventually I 
found that if I installed 2006v3 as the developing user, the problem went 
away.

As you can tell, this creates an enormous work load for us sysadmins. I am 
going to email Infragistics Support, and hopefully they will re-release the 
2006 Volume 3 ( CLR2.x for me ) to fix this error.

FYI...this is not just an MSBuild issue...it also occurs in general Visual 
Studio Development. My users used to get this problem when trying to use any 
Infragistics control, until I tried the fix mentioned above.
